What is WAAPI Connect?
WAAPI Connect is a WhatsApp Cloud API workspace operated by Hardeep ERP Software. It brings business contacts, account access, authorized connections and supported messaging events into one portal.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business mobile app?
Eligible businesses can explore Meta’s Coexistence onboarding. Availability depends on Meta and the account. A saved portal connection alone does not prove that mobile-app coexistence is active.
Does the portal send bulk campaigns today?
No. Campaigns and templates are currently local drafts. General campaign dispatch, full agent replies and billing are not implemented in this release.
Is a Meta business account required?
Authorized business assets and the appropriate Meta access are required for WhatsApp onboarding. Our team can explain the current setup steps; Meta controls verification, permissions and approval.
How do I get access or request deletion?
