Terms of Service
Effective date: 16 October 2026 · WAAPI Connect by Hardeep ERP Software.
1. Service and current release
These terms describe use of WAAPI Connect, operated by Hardeep ERP Software. Use the portal only if you are authorized to act for the relevant business. Current functionality and development boundaries are described on the Features page. Do not rely on planned features as delivered services.
2. Account access
Accounts are currently created by an administrator. You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and tell us if access appears compromised. Administrators may suspend client access or reset client passwords. Account credentials should not be shared with unauthorized people.
3. Permitted use
Use only business accounts, phone numbers and information you are authorized to manage. Obtain appropriate recipient permission and respect opt-out requests. Comply with applicable laws and relevant Meta/WhatsApp terms, messaging policies and approved-template requirements.
- Do not send spam, impersonate another party or use misleading business identities.
- Do not upload unlawfully obtained data or disclose secrets in ordinary forms or support messages.
- Do not bypass access controls, interfere with another account or abuse the service.
- Do not treat a saved consent note as proof that all legal or platform requirements have been met.
4. Messaging and third-party dependencies
The current API connection supports administrator testing with the hello_world template, incoming webhook events and message status history. Draft campaigns and schedules do not dispatch messages. Client-owned onboarding is a configurable pilot requiring Meta authorization and validation. Production campaign workers and full messaging automation are not available.
Meta may reject, limit, suspend or change access to accounts or templates. Delivery and read receipts depend on Meta and recipient settings. We do not guarantee delivery, approval, a verified badge or unrestricted account access. Third-party services have their own terms.
5. Fees and commercial arrangements
This release does not collect subscription payments or generate paid billing within the portal. Any service fee must be agreed separately before purchase. Meta or another provider may impose messaging charges under its own terms. A zero-charge portal display does not mean all external messaging is free. Ask us for applicable pricing and payment/refund terms before purchasing a service.
6. Your data and our software
You retain responsibility for the data and content you provide and the rights needed to use it. You authorize processing needed to operate the requested features. The platform software and branding belong to their respective owners. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. You should keep your own exports and records where required.
7. Availability and limitations
The service is provided in an early-access state and may contain faults or be interrupted for updates, hosting incidents or third-party changes. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or suitability for every workflow. Do not use test features as the only channel for urgent, safety-critical or time-sensitive communication.
Any liability limitations are subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Suspension, closure and deletion
Access may be restricted to address misuse, security concerns, third-party requirements or the end of an agreed service. Contact us to request account closure. Suspension, sign-out or Meta permission removal alone does not delete stored data. Follow the Data Deletion Instructions for a verified deletion request.
9. Updates and enquiries
We may revise these terms as the product develops. The effective date identifies the current version. Material service changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
