Administrators create client accounts, reset client passwords and suspend access. Clients can change their own password.
Prepare, edit and save drafts. A saved schedule is planning information and does not trigger dispatch.
Use the server-configured Meta account to send the hello_world template to an authorized, verified test recipient.
Receive signed webhook events for the configured administrator account. Inspect incoming text and sent, delivered or read events.
Maintain non-secret setup notes, a business directory and support-request records. Support notes are stored in the submitting account.
Embedded Signup and Coexistence launch flows are implemented as a pilot, with encrypted account-specific tokens and webhook routing. Meta configuration, authorization and live validation are required before use.
Bulk dispatch, scheduled workers, automated replies and full consent/opt-out enforcement require further development.
Template submission and management, arbitrary message replies, media handling and a complete agent inbox are not enabled.
Payment collection, usage billing and external ERP API integrations are not connected.
The environment-based test connection belongs to the administrator workspace. Separately onboarded connections are scoped to their owner. Clients cannot send messages through the administrator’s token. A contact entry or consent-source note does not by itself establish permission to message that person.
API acceptance is not proof of delivery. Delivery and read states depend on events received from Meta. The test-history view shows a limited set of recent messages and events; it is not a complete production audit system.
Feature availability can also depend on Meta account eligibility, permissions, number status and third-party policies. We do not promise account approval or immunity from platform restrictions.
